Mmmmmm, Smoothies!!

Ok, this may look a little scary, but trust me it tastes ooohhhh soooo good!!


Just get out your blender and add a banana, a handful of frozen strawberries, a handful of frozen mangos, a handful of spinach, a teaspoon or so of honey, water, and then blend.  For the frozen fruit, you can either buy it in a bag already sliced and frozen, or you can buy it fresh and freeze yourself.

This smoothie is a tasty, healthy breakfast that even the kids will like (just don't tell them whats in it).
